Job matching in JobBlynt compares open jobs with the ATS profile built from your resume. It gives every role a score with the reasons behind it. Instead of reading hundreds of postings, you start from a shortlist of roles that fit what you have actually done. The score weighs hard skills most, then the job title and your years of experience and seniority. After those come the industry, the location and work model, languages, education and certificates, and how recent your relevant experience is. Each result shows the skills that matched, the keywords that are missing and what a recruiter would notice first. You can decide quickly whether a role deserves an application. Jobs come from job boards and partner feeds, with duplicates removed. The free check scores your first three jobs, the paid plans score more, and a job you have scored once never counts twice.
