The Personal review is JobBlynt's highest plan: everything in Premium, plus a review of your whole application by a person with recruiting experience, not an AI. The reviewer reads your resume and your ATS resume line by line, checks whether your LinkedIn profile tells the same story, and goes through two tailored resumes for jobs you choose. They look for what software cannot judge well: tone, what to leave out, claims that need proof and wording that undersells you. The reviewer sees only the material you added to JobBlynt. After buying, you pick up to three preferred days with a time of day and choose a video call, a phone call or a written review, and the reviewer confirms one of your times. The plan costs €199 once, with VAT included and no subscription, and JBWhisper, the interview copilot for Windows, is included.
