What is JobBlynt?
JobBlynt is a web app for people applying for jobs. It starts with a free quick check that reads your resume in your browser and shows how applicant tracking systems may read its sections, dates and contact details. From there you can confirm the evidence behind your experience, compare it with open jobs, and prepare an ATS resume, a recruiter resume, tailored resumes for single roles and LinkedIn text. Every document is written from statements you confirmed, so nothing in it describes work you did not do. JobBlynt works in English, German and Thai. For interviews there is JBWhisper, a Windows app for spoken practice that can also help in sessions where AI assistance is allowed. JobBlynt does not verify your history with employers, and it never promises interviews, job offers or salaries. The quick check is free to start and needs no account.

Which rules does JobBlynt follow?
- Facts you confirm. Documents are built from evidence you approved. If a claim needs proof, JobBlynt asks you rather than filling the gap.
- No invented experience. Tailoring moves and rewords what you really did. It does not add skills, employers or results you did not report.
- No promises. A better-read resume helps, but only employers decide who they interview or hire. JobBlynt says so on every page.
- One-time prices. The check is free. Paid plans are one-time prices with VAT included for consumers, and nothing renews.

How does the resume check work?
The quick check runs fifteen checks on the text it can read from your file: whether text can be extracted, whether sections have familiar headings, whether roles, employers and dates can be paired, whether contact details are present, and more. The same file always gets the same score. Application systems differ between employers, so the score describes how readable the file is, not whether you will be hired. The approach follows parsing behaviour that ATS vendors document themselves.
